Large hotel in an entertainment area. Ok for business travellers.

The hotel is famous. So if you ask any taxi driver they will understand where you want to go. The front desk is helpful when you need to call a taxi.

The facilities in the room is a little bit old. The cleanness needs to be improved. The surrounding area is for entertainment so not very friendly for business travellers.

Location near to supermarkets and lots of convenience shop and adequate restaurants for a few nights stay.

Breakfast could have been better for the price paid. Quite expensive actually considering the amount paid for the room.

Great place to stay

Hotel and the room was very nice. I like the toilet with multiple water ejection cleaning options. Toiletries were also good. Bed was comfortable and room lightening was good. The room was clean.

Breakfast didn't have many options and it was expensive breakfast.

Will strongly consider for my next business or holiday stay.

Location - walking distance from many restaurants and city centre. Also self-laundry washing machines are a positive. And near train station. My request for Iron & Ironing board was provided.

Toilet - bathroom floor does not drain water readily. And white stains on the floor.

This is the best accommodation facility in Cheonan. The location is a little bad, and there are many strange accommodations nearby. However, no matter where you go across this country, Shilla Stay can always be expected certain facilities and services.

It is far from Cheonan KTX Station and far from Cheonan Bus Terminal. It would be great if a cup of coffee was served in the lobby.

Very recommended.

This hotel is the best option in Cheonan. The hotels of Shilla Stay chain are all almost identical and the standard is very high, same of other facilities of Shilla Stay in Busan, Ulsan, Seoul. The design is modern and elegant. Good breakfast.

The basement parking space is insufficient for the size of the hotel. In most cases guests are forced to park outside the marked bays, along the access ramps or in the street. There is no dining option inside the hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and a great view. Couldn't adjust the room temperature however, so we found it quite warm!

Sadly we'd hoped for a room with a bath, but didn't get this. However the shower was nice!

Always the general experience in this hotel chain is nice. There could be some small things that you are not 100% satisfied, but I'd rather choose this hotel than other brands of hotel.

It would have been nicer if there were enough space in parking lot. There wasn't unfortunately, so we should park our car a bit away from the hotel and walk all the way through the street which is full of nightlife. If you have kids, this might not be pleasant experience.

Comfortable, felt like being at home

Room gown was very comfortable, clean sheets, bathroom, my stay was too short

Location was a bit strange, the back part of the hotel had many motels. Extra pay for the parking was not necessary.

Great but hot

Facilities were clean and quiet.

The air conditioning in the rooms were horrible! Set the temp to the lowest setting (18C) and room didn't cool down below (27C).
